There are not many people who celebrate their birthday every four years however we are lucky enough to be among them. The emergence of the original idea - to manage projects differently - dates back to February 29th, 2016.
The joint desire to remove unnecessary and energy-draining routines from people's lives in order to make time for creative and meaningful work, led two Czech programmers, Martin Lonský and Tomáš Hýl, start their own company. They devised and programmed an application that would make work easier for managers, helping them overcome their daily grind so that they could actually enjoy their work. On top of that, however, this new app would ensure that their whole team would not only be more productive, but happier as well.
The instant feedback from customers was a great motivation. Through testing, the application developed at a fast pace, until the final form has been reached - the Virtual Project Assistant called APU. The entire ApuTime team is growing rapidly, and our Virtual Project Assistant is becoming a daily part of life for hundreds of companies. Alongside these partners, we grow as well. We learn to understand the specifics of project management in different fields, cultures, countries and even continents and we are looking forward to anything and everything that is still ahead of us.
